Shipping policy

Processing time: 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our shop. 

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order. 

Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday

Customes, Duties, and Taxes:

J&M Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) 

Damages: 

J&M Designs is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy:

At this time USA shipping is only available.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of the products. (Ex-Jewelry can be easily altered, worn) or (Keychains will have unique features that make re-selling difficult.)
