Orders are custom made and made to order. It is important to know that the color on your electronic screen might be slightly different than the actual color of the product and due to it being handmade each item might be slightly different.

Resin products (Earrings/Keychain)

We strive to have all pieces be as bubble-free and perfect as possible, so please be patient and allow 5-10 days for processing, pouring and proper drying time. Resin products cannot be 100% identical. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. J&M Designs is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
